The Beneath [1.12.2] [1.11.2] [1.10.2]
Mod The Beneath significantly diversifies your familiar game world. The mod will add the ability to teleport in the dark. You can easily navigate the dimension teeming with mobs, although this is a dangerous adventure that only a true warrior and hero of this world of minecraft games can go through.
Natura [1.12.2] [1.12.1] [1.12] [1.11.2] [1.10.2]
Natura is designed to enliven the world with new generations of fruit trees, flowers and shrubs, complementing nature with edible berries, trees will begin to grow in hell, so new players will not need food and instead of endless searches for provisions, they will build a house, of course, having previously purchased the territory.
B.A.S.E [1.12.2] [1.12.1] [1.12] [1.11.2] [1.10.2]
This is something in between a library and a mod, this mod is used as a library for the ContentTweaker mod (allows you to add your own blocks), and this mod is used to add simple materials to the game, that is, in a couple of clicks - new ore, dust, ingot, gear from no, well, a nugget.
NetherOres [1.7.10] [1.6.4] [1.6.2]
The Downworld is famous for its interesting spaces and unique finds, but sometimes there is no motivation to enter it since there is nothing unusual in it in terms of resources. Just a couple of rare options and that's it. But with NetherOres mod you’ll get a lot of interesting and familiar stuff at your disposal. With that, the Downworld will be a great place to find resources and enrich yourself.
Crate Delight (Forge & NeoForge) [1.21.11] [1.21.10] [1.21.9] [1.20.2] [1.20.1]
If you're obsessed with keeping your storage looking clean, you seriously need to check out Crate Delight. It’s a super handy addon that brings a ton of decorative yet functional crates and bags for your resources, all designed in that classic Farmer's Delight style. The whole point here is making storage way more efficient. You can pack a bunch of food – like apples, berries, eggs, and fish–into compact crates, while loose stuff like sugar, gunpowder, and cocoa beans goes into bags. It’s a lifesaver for clearing out chest space, and honestly, it just makes your kitchen or farm look amazing. Some of the blocks even have cool little animations, like the fish crates.
Dungeons and Combat [1.20.1]
Dungeons and Combat sharply elevates melee with smarter enemies, tight animations, and truly deadly bosses. I found myself executing professional dodges and meticulously planning engagements rather than just spam-clicking. Loot feels genuinely meaningful; encounters are perfectly designed to test your timing and positioning. It’s an evolved combat loop that rewards practice and daring, converting routine spelunking into tense, cinematic skirmishes that demand full player focus and reward calculated risk-taking with epic victories.
Create Mechanical Chicken [1.21.1] [1.20.1]
If you're sick of building laggy, massive chicken farms just to get eggs for your Create machines, this mod is a total lifesaver. It adds a single "Mechanical Chicken" block that uses rotation and seeds to churn out eggs or even seed oil without the mess. You can tweak the processing time and outputs, and it even has a Ponder scene so you aren't left guessing how it works. It’s on Forge and NeoForge for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, though you’ll need Mechanicals Lib for the newer versions.
Terramity [1.20.1]
Terramity slams Terraria progression into MC – epic bosses roar, 100+ weapons shred (gun revamps incoming!), and armors/250+ Curios accessories flex wild playstyles! Sniffers/bees get purpose, structures beg raids, and a Patchouli guide whispers your next grind. Multiplayer bosses scale into fair chaos. I dove into structures with my heart slamming; Better Combat is recommended – vanilla boredom is nuked, and fights demand meaningful tactics. Upcoming v1.0? 4+ new bosses/music – progression addict heaven!
Some More Blocks [1.21.10] [1.21.9] [1.21.8] [1.21.7] [1.20.1]
Some More Blocks expands the builder's palette with tasteful textures, slabs, and decorative bits that genuinely feel like they belong in vanilla. I rebuilt my entire interior and found fresh ideas exploded – subtle new palettes unlock complex styling combos. The attention to detail ensures every new block fits perfectly, offering seamless aesthetic continuity across your designs. It’s the perfect creativity boost for builders who prize cohesion over clutter. Every structure gains distinct character, and tiny accents make sprawling builds read like intentional, genius design.
Splendid Slimes [1.20.1]
If you’ve ever played Slime Rancher and wished those bouncy guys were in Minecraft, Splendid Slimes is basically that dream come true. It adds about 19 different species that you can actually ranch, and they all have their own favorite foods and weird quirks, like some that literally explode or just float away if you aren't watching. You get a Slime Vac to suck them up and move them around, which feels way more satisfying than just using a lead. The whole loop is about feeding them to get plorts, which you can then turn into high-end resources or use in an incubator to grow even more slimes.
